The First Session of China (Ningxia) Nationality Pharmaceutical Expo gained highly attention of the national ministries. 会刊除在本届大会期间广泛送给主管部门及相关协会、观展客商外,还将通过主办机构途径发往海内外的业内系统及有关机构等。请参展商于 2014 年 7 月 30 日前将机构简介(200 字以内)传真至组委会办公室,我们将免费刊登在会刊上。
The publication will be widely sent to competent departments, relevant associations and visitors. In addition, it will be sent to the systems and relevant organizations in the industry at home and abroad. Exhibitors should send their organization introductions (within 200 words) to the organizing committee office via fax before July 30, 2014, and we will publish them on the publication without charge.
 
认真填写参展报名表 , 参展机构授权代表人确认签字并加盖本机构公章后快递或传真至本届大会组委会办公室。
Fill in the exhibition application form carefully; the authorized representative of the exhibiting institution confirms and signs the application form; after affixing the instituion’s official seal, the form will be sent to the conference’s organizing committee office via Express or fax. 
展位顺序分配原则 :“先报名、先付款、先安排”。
Booth order allocation principle: “Applying first, paying first, being arranged first”
主办机构在收到《参展报名表》和参展费用后 , 将发票及《参展手册》一并寄给参展商。
After receiving the Application Form and exhibition fee, the host organization should send the invoice and the Exhibition Manual to the exhibitor.
参展商在报名参展后中途退出 , 须于 2014 年 7 月 20 日前提出申请 , 则退还展位费的 50%;若 2014 年 7 月 20 日后取消参展 , 则恕不退还展位费。
In the event that the exhibitor quits in the midway after registration, the exhibitor should submit the application before July 20, 2014 and 50% of the booth fee can be returned; in the event that the exhibitor quits after July 20, 2014, the booth fee will not be returned.
