    1. The planning of product realization
      1. The planning of product realization should be in line with the requirements of quality management system and be conducted as per operation procedures of different departments and the relevant requirements. The planning should contain the following aspects:
a)Product quality targets and requirements;
b)Determination of the processes, documents and resources that product manufacture needs;
c)Determination of verification, confirmation, monitoring, checkout and test activities that product manufacture needs, as well as product acceptance rules;
d)Provision of records that evidence needs, so that realization process and products can meet requirements;
e)Installation of documents for management process;
i)Demand and allocation of resources such as personnel, technology and construction machines and tools;
f) Planning of sites, roads, water and electrical power, fire-fighting and temporary facilities; 
g)Analysis of factors which influence construction qualities and the control measures;
h)Control measures for installation progress;
i)Construction quality check, acceptance and the relevant standards;
j)Contingency measures for emergencies;
k)Report and treatment for events which have violated rules;
l)Information which should be collected and the transfer requirements;
m)Ways of communication relevant to engineering construction;
o)Records that should be made for construction management;
      p)Quality management and technological measures;
      q) Other requirements for construction company quality management.
  1. The results of product realization planning should be documented and approved before implementation. If there are some stipulations, the planning results should be accepted by the contract-issuing party or supervision party.
  2. In accordance with the implementation progress of the project, the dynamic management should be conducted for planning results, to timely adjust relevant documents and supervise the implementation.
