翻译公司岗位职责翻译

1)项目经理
①项目经理是公司法人在项目上的授权代理,是本项目的质量第一责任人,代表公司履行与业主合同及分包合同相关的责任。
②执行公司质量方针、质量体系文件;项目质量目标的制定与贯彻实施。
③依据项目管理手册进行组织机构设置、人员聘任和质量职能分配及制定项目人员留置计划。
④领导项目经理部全面管理工作。
⑤领导编制项目制造成本实施计划,对项目成本支出审核签字。
⑥领导与组织项目编制施工组织设计、质量计划、质量阶段预控计划、质量管理文件。
⑦领导项目安全生产与质量管理工作,是质量、安全的第一责任人。
⑧负责项目各类经济合同的审核签字。
2)总工程师
①贯彻执行质量方针、项目质量计划与科技发展规划的引进及推广应用工作,负责审核项目物资计划及工程物资需要计划,对工程质量负有第一技术责任。
②具体负责组织相关人员编制施工组织设计、质量计划、质量阶段预控计划、质量管理文件;组织编制并审核专项施工方案、技术措施,负责分包提交技术方案的审批。
③领导项目计量设备管理工作。
④领导材料的选型、报批与控制。负责引进有实用价值的新工艺、新技术、新材料。
⑤参加工程主体结构验收及竣工验收工作;参加工程质量事故的调查与处理。
⑥贯彻执行技术法规、规程、规范和涉及工程质量方面的有关规定。
⑦负责组织图纸会审及各专业问题技术处理,审定设计洽商和变更工作。
⑧领导作好各项施工技术总结工作;参与项目制造成本实施计划的编制与分析工作。
⑨领导与组织质量体系的运行,通过加强全过程的质量管理,确保项目质量目标的实现。
Post Duties
1) Project Manager (PM)
PM shall
① act as the authorized agent of the Project for the corporate legal representative and the chief person-in-charge for the quality of the Project, represent the Contractor to perform responsibilities related to the Contractor-Owner Contract and the Contractor-Subcontractor Contracts;
② implement corporate quality guidelines and system documents by defining and implementing the quality objective of the Project;
③ establish the organization, employ staff, assign quality functions, and plan retention of project employees according to the Manual for Project Management;
④ direct the overall management activities of the PM Office;
⑤ direct the development of the Implementation Plan on Manufacturing Cost of the Project and review and sign on cost and expenditure involved in the Project;
⑥ direct and coordinate the PM Office to design the organizational structure of the construction, quality program, phased quality control program, and quality management documents;
⑦ act as the chief person in charge of quality and safety, direct safe construction and quality management of the Project; and
⑧ review and sign on various business contracts.
2) Chief Engineer (CE)
CE shall
① deploy and carry out the introduction and implementation of quality guidelines, quality program of the Project, and scientific development program, review construction materials program and requirement program, and act as the chief technical officer in charge of the construction quality;
② mobilize relative persons to design the organizational structure of the construction, quality program, phased quality control program, and quality management documents, develop and review specific construction schemes and technical measures, and approve technical schemes submitted by subcontractors;
③ direct metering equipment management of the Project;
④ direct selection, submittal for approval, and control of materials, introduce new and practical procedures, technologies, and materials;
⑤ participate in agent-structure acceptance and final acceptance, as well as the investigation and handling of quality accidents occurred in the Construction;
⑥ deploy and carry out technical laws, rules, and specifications, as well as regulations related to construction quality;
⑦ organize the joint drawing checkup, address difficulties in any specialty, and approve any design negotiation and modification;
⑧ direct all the technical summarizations of the construction and participate in the development and assessment of Implementation Plan on Manufacturing Cost of the Project; and
⑨ direct and organize the operation of the quality system and shall enhance quality management of the entire process for ensured fulfillment of quality objective of the Project.
