3.2 CONTRAINTS AND SOLUTIONS ACHIEVED

建筑设计尽可能利用自然采光、自然通风，降低能耗，提高空间舒适度。
a.对于大进深的空间，设置由地下一层通往屋面的通风井道，利用烟囱效应促进自然通风。通风井道一直通到建筑两侧的绿化园林，在那里采集新鲜的空气，输送到阅览室内。
b.利用三条纵向交通轴，将自然光线和自然通风向大进深区域引进。
c.除了外墙开窗外，利用屋顶天光和高侧窗作辅助采光和通风设计。
d.南立面设遮阳装置，控制阳光入射角度及能量。
e.南侧正中的下沉庭院为地下一层创造了直通室外的出口；改善了地下空间的采光和通风效果。

扇形平面中嵌入了放射状交通共享空间，连通了建筑周边的园林景观，在这里，人们可以观景、聊天、读书。。。。。。。，这个空间也由此成为景观的一部分，让整个建筑和周边嵌固在了一起。
