集团拟将聘请世界知名第三方独立的物流仓储管理企业CWT进行仓库经营总投资6亿元，运营后年利税收入达2亿元。目前项目已顺利竣工，预计2014年6月份全面投入运营。投入运营后，在作为上海洋山港期货保税交割库的基础上，将有望成为LME等世界级交易所的亚太仓储中心，推动上海建立成为世界航运物流中心，争夺亚太大宗商品市场份额。
