0:30The global Banking Division management team, including the regional manager has work together to see what should be the driving principles for our future strategy and the future development of our products and solutions and also our organization.

0:55Let me talk about promise, what does it mean? Probably there are two very significant elements in that guiding principle. One element is that we have to be driven by the heartbeat of our customers. But it is also the heartbeat of the customer business. We need to be experts in understanding our customers business. And as a second element that says something about quality: We have to be totally clear that there is no compromise on delivering quality. Quality is the most important thing that we as a service provider, solution provider, product provider, we have to deliver to our clients.

We have to make sure that our products are fascinating consumers in the world that they easy to operate, that they are easy to use and that they are offering customers a choice of input / output channels depending on whatever they want and we see this from today’s technology – different things are possible and we have to be the provider of choice, who can integrate all these elements. There is another element talking about branch transformation and you will hear a lot of communication from our site in the future about the branch and what we will see there as our solutions, because branches are changing and this is a big business potential for us in the world. Then, very important, security – our solutions have to be secure. The best security in the world and they have to be available – available around the clock.

2:30What does it mean for you as an organization - as people in the organization? It is very important that you are showing to customers your passion for excellence. Customers have to believe that we are really driven by that and customers are believing the people they see and this is you. But you cannot do it alone. What we have to learn as an organization we have to learn to work together. That is probably one of the most difficult things for us. Working together as teams: cross-divisional, cross-functional, cross-regional teams. That is the most important thing – learning to win together as a team.
