一见如故：

I met our new colleague the other day. He’s very friendly! We got on like a house on fire. 

前几天我见到了咱们的新同事。他非常友好！我们一见如故。
Get on like a house on fire意为“与某人相处得很好，很合得来”。它尤其用来表示与刚认识的某个人情投意合，一见如故。

We have a lot in common. I think we really click. 
我们有很多共同点。我觉得我们很合得来。
Click意为“(与某人)顷刻成为朋友”。

We both really like the theater and opera. When our friends introduced us we hit it off immediately.
