It also has Class-B qualification of engineering consulting issued by National Development and Reform Commission, and judicial authentication licenses issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. It is determined by General Administration of Sport of China as the candidate Tendering agent for projects of Olympic arena and facilities for training of national teams. It is determined as the unit responsible for facility reformation by Beijing South-to-North Water Diversion Office. It passed certification of ISO9001 Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety.

It implements general manager responsibility system under leadership of board of director. It is divided into such departments as General Office, Market Department, Tendering and Bidding Division, Engineering Costing and Consulting Division, General Affair Division, Financial Department, Changsha Branch and Guangzhou Branch. The company has a high-quality, skilled and professional technical team. There are 78 staff in the company, of which 11 have senior professional title, 15 have intermediate professional title, 16 registered cost engineers, 5 registered consultants and 3 members of Beijing Construction Tendering Evaluation Committee. It has experts specializing in building, design, construction, supervision, building materials, equipment and garden, forming a powerful expert network.

In recent years, the company finished more than 600 projects amounting to 20 billion yuan, such as project management, project tendering agency, bid preparation,identification and of cost,and review of completion settlement.

Ltd, decoration engineering of Nanjing Hilton International Hotel,Beijing Tianlun Wangchao Hotel, Beijing Jinjiang Hotel and Hefei Wanda Westin Hotel.

Large-scale public building project mainly includes National Grand Theater Project.
